your letter S. 31183/S.6 of the 15th June

regarding the establishment of a Flying

Training School at Hong Kong, and to

request you to convey to the Air Council

an expression of his satisfaction at

the withdrawal by the Air Council of

their objection to the proposed use

of the Kai Tak Aerodrome for the purposes
